1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the crikexs platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and crikexs with respect to your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any modifications.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through crikexs, including but not limited to sports betting (including cricket betting markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), online casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered to registered users.

1.1 Effective Date

These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date they were first published on the crikexs platform and remain in effect until superseded by a subsequent version. The current version supersedes all prior versions of the Terms & Conditions.

1.2 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event that any translation of this document is provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The crikexs platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on crikexs. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced rigorously through our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use the crikexs platform:

• You must be a human individual acting in your own personal capacity — corporate entities may not register accounts on crikexs.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by crikexs or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or family member of an employee of crikexs or any of its technology or game-provider partners.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility conditions listed above. crikexs reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time, and to close any account where eligibility cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on crikexs, you must register a personal account. Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, contact telephone number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on crikexs at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, crikexs reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice, void any pending bets or game rounds, and forfeit all balances held across those accounts.

3.2 KYC Verification

crikexs operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — as well as proof of address and proof of ownership of your payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your name) before withdrawals are processed or at any other point at our discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of your withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. crikexs will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to secure your login details. You must notify our support team immediately at support@crikexs if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

crikexs supports a range of payment methods designed to provide convenient, fast, and reliable fund transfers for players based in Bangladesh. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your crikexs wallet balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. crikexs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• crikexs does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not required for players depositing in BDT.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, subject to applicable KYC verification.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed identity verification in accordance with our KYC policy (see Section 3.2).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the payment information page. crikexs aims to process withdrawal requests efficiently; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• If a bonus was accepted, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Own deposit funds that have not been subjected to a bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time without wagering conditions.
• crikexs reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. This may include requesting additional documentation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

crikexs may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, enhanced odds, or other incentive programmes to registered users. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is presented. The general provisions in this section apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The multiplier applicable to any given bonus (for example, 30x the bonus amount) will be clearly stated in the offer terms before you opt in. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Expiry: Bonus offers and any associated free spins expire within the period stated in the specific offer terms. Unused bonus funds and free spins will be removed from your account upon expiry without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You may not stack multiple bonus offers.
• Abuse Prevention: crikexs reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a promotional error, or coordinated wagering to circumvent wagering requirements is detected.
• Amendments: crikexs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.

6. User Obligations

As a registered user of crikexs, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform:

• You will use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information at registration and will update your account details promptly if your circumstances change.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh relevant to your use of online gaming services.
• You will not attempt to gain any unfair advantage over other players or over crikexs through the use of software bots, automated tools, artificial intelligence systems, exploits, or any other means not sanctioned by crikexs.
• You will engage with our customer support team and KYC verification team in good faith and will provide requested documentation promptly and accurately.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on crikexs — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that crikexs is not responsible for any financial losses incurred during your use of the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on crikexs and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged documentation during KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the crikexs platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from unlawful activity. crikexs maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated live betting, or sharing of outcome information in real time.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in respect of a genuine deposit made to crikexs. All chargebacks will be investigated and may result in account closure and legal action.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the crikexs platform, including its software, databases, API endpoints, or security systems.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform as a person under 18 years of age, or facilitating the use of the platform by a minor.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

You may request the closure of your crikexs account at any time by contacting our support team at support@crikexs. Before an account can be closed, any open bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining balance will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to KYC verification requirements being met.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for information about self-exclusion options and cooling-off periods. A self-exclusion request will be treated as a matter of priority and your account will be restricted promptly upon receipt of your request. We strongly encourage players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives to use these tools without hesitation.

8.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

crikexs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Any other circumstances where crikexs determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other users, or the integrity of our services.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or involuntary — your right to access the crikexs platform ceases immediately. crikexs will retain your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. The closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to closure, including the settlement of outstanding bets and the resolution of any pending disputes.
